Break Through Training

Break Through Training is an individual, progressive, goal oriented training program for runners of all levels. Everyone will receive a monthly schedule that will include one on one coaching. The program also offers individual training/racing tips, stretching methods, injury prevention steps, strength building, and mental training. This Program will successfully prepare you for the marathon/half-marathon or a race of any distance. Contact coach Irv Batten for an individual conference. This Program is designed for SUCCESS!

Training from the Mile to the Marathon

Training is offered for the Charleston Marathon, Boston Marathon, Kiawah Island Marathon, Myrtle Beach Marathon, Marine Corps Marathon, ING New York City Marathon, Cooper River Bridge Run, and other races.
